Tony’s Mining Company is located in historic Cornwall, where the Cornwall Iron Furnace once operated 24/7 to supply arms for the Revolutionary War. Founded by a second generation miner, Anthony Cek, in 1974, the restaurant honors the industry that put Cornwall on the map through its name and in the essence of its dining environment, accented by copper plates and copper-plated tabletops. Tony’s impressive menu changes seasonally with fresh, local produce and meats from select regional vendors. Enjoy an elegant meal in their dining room, pull up a seat at the bar, or take in the summer months on their patio.
