This local brewery is home to two, specialty food inspired brews: Seltzers Smokehouse Ale and an Opera Fudge Stout. While the Smokehouse Ale is savory and great for cooking, the Opera Fudge Stout is the ideal way to experience this bite-sized treat in liquid form.
