Lebanon Bologna is so versatile; it somehow made its way into even a crêpe! Crêpes, while available sweet or savory, are originally from the country of France. A very thin pancake that usually comes stuffed with a variety of toppings, Ancestor Coffeehouse & Crêperie pays homage to the Lebanon Valley with their Lebanon County Crêpe. Only available at their Cornwall location, this crepe is listed under their “Savory” crepes and is stuffed with Lebanon Bologna, hashbrowns, cheddar, spring onion, and sour cream.
