Mt. Gretna Workshop – Eating to Avoid Inflammation

$15Are your joints aching, red, swollen and not working as well as you’d like? Are you fatigued, perhaps dealing with digestive issues? The food you choose to eat can contribute to those issues. We’ll discuss what foods are good for your joints, what you eat that may contribute to less than optimal function – and what alternative options you have. We’ll fire up the grill to make some foil packet dinners that you can cook in the oven or on the grill using those ingredients. Vegetarian choices will also be included. (And of course, we’ll enjoy eating the fruits of our labors.)
