Monuments of Gettysburg: Lecture

“The Battlefield at Gettysburg preserves one of the largest collections of outdoor sculpture in the world, with over 1,300 monuments and markers, some of which were created by well-known American sculptors.”, states Sue Boardman, Licensed Battlefield Guide at Gettysburg. She will make a return visit to Cornwall to lecture on “Monuments of Gettysburg”. This is part of an annual lecture series sponsored by The Friends of Cornwall Iron Furnace. It is in the Freeman Hall auditorium on the campus of Cornwall Manor Retirement Community.
