Living History Event: Civil War Engineers – Cornwall Iron Furnace

Cornwall Iron Furnace is hosting living history interpreters of the Detachment, US Engineers. This will be a small intimate event in which the public will be able to talk one on one about the role of Engineers during the Civil War. These engineers were vital in helping the Union Arm in waging war during the Civil War.

This is an outdoor event, free of charge. There will also be guided tours of the furnace throughout the weekend for the regular admission fee.
