Course Descriptions: (Begins at 8am, ages 13+)

Triathlon: 300 yd. indoor pool swim/ 13 mi. bike/ 5K run

Duathlon: 1.5 mi. run/ 13 mi. bike/ 5K run

Aquabike: 300 yd. pool swim/ 13 mi. bike

Tri-Relay: 300 yd. swim/ 13 mi. bike/ 5K run (up to 3 participants)

Youth Triathlon: (Begins approx. 10:30, ages 12 and under)

Age 8 and under: 25 yd. pool swim/ .5 mi. bike/ .25 mi. run

Age 9 & 10: 50 yd. pool swim/ 1 mi. bike/ .5-mile run

Age 11 & 12: 100 yd. pool swim/ 3 mi. bike/ 1 mi. run
