PA German Crafting Class – Isaac Meier Homestead

Isaac Meier Homestead hosts multiple PA German style crafting classes every year. Check out the classes through the end of the year below:

Nov. 2 (6pm): From Sheep to Yarn – Learn how freshly-shorn fleece is turned into yarn in this educational and interactive class.

Nov. 7 (12pm): Open Fire Dyeing Day – The fire will be crackling for an open-firing dyeing day! Bring your own yarn to dye or purchase a skein here for $12.

Nov. 16 (9am): Basket Making Class – Joan will guide you through the process of making a 3D Christmas tree basket, great with greens in it or given as a gift.

Nov. 24 (1pm): PA German Star Making Class – Join instructor Karen Wattai on Sunday, November 24, 2024 from 1 to 4, as we create Christmas ornaments in this unique style of embroidery.
