How It Works

1. Visit participating Ice Cream Trail locations between July 1 and September 7, 2026.
2. Collect a stamp from each of the eight participating locations listed below. No purchase is necessary to participate.
3. Complete your passport and submit it at any participating Ice Cream Trail location by September 7, 2026.

Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Visit Lebanon Valley, 115 Springwood Drive, Suite 500, Lebanon, PA 17042 (“Sponsor”).

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate. Individuals under 18 may participate in the Ice Cream Trail experience, but only entries submitted by adults age 18 or older will be eligible for the sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 Time and ends on September 7, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official Ice Cream Trail passport by collecting all eight stamps and submitting the completed passport at any participating location during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated.
By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Visit Lebanon Valley. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
As an alternative to completing the passport, participants may enter by mailing a 3×5 card with their name, address, phone number, and email to:

Mail‑in entries must be postmarked by September 7, 2026 and received by September 12, 2026.

6. Prizes

Five (5) winners will receive one of five (5) prizes: 1) Ice cream party (Yeti tote, Patches Family Creamery gift card, ice cream bowls, scoop & sprinkles 2) Lebanon Lilly Book Series, squeeze cows, coloring pages, postcards, Pretzel Hut & Raub Twin Kiss gift card 3) Jigger shop mug & gift card, KOA towel & gift card 4) Ice Shack Gift Card 5) Rainbow Snow Gift Card. Prizes are non transferable, non refundable, and no cash alternative is available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection

Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted within 7 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for email notifications that are lost, filtered, blocked, or undeliverable.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Email addresses will be used solely for Visit Lebanon Valley communications unless otherwise stated.

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a written request to Visit Lebanon Valley at the address listed above within 30 days of the sweepstakes end date.
