A Healthy You

Jump start your wellness plan with this five-session series for adults who want to lose weight, eat healthy, and be active. With the help of a health educator and dietician, you will learn to:
-Use a step-counter to help increase daily physical activity, choose and eat healthy foods, lose and maintain body weight, set goals, and overcome barriers.
Registration and attendance at first class are required for this program.
Dates for the fall session are September 21, 28; October 5, 12; & November 9. All classes meet at the YMCA and run from 6-8pm.
