Streamside Safari at Swatara

Join us as we unlock our inner naturalist to explore the critters that call our parks home. And you’re not looking at any old critter; we’re looking for the ones that live around the streams! From salamanders, to dragonflies, to turtles and more!
This program is a guided hike down moonshine trail then continuing to Fisherman’s Path. We’ll flip logs, look along the stream bank, and especially along the trail. As we find critters, we’ll work together to Identify them.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult. It is advised to bring comfortable walking shoes, bug spray, and anything else you would need to be comfortable.
