Stay active and improve your strength, flexibility, and balance with SilverSneakers Classic at Juniper Village at Lebanon.
This low-impact fitness class uses light equipment and chair-based exercises in a fun, supportive environment that is perfect for beginners and participants of all fitness levels. Classes are led by SilverSneakers instructors Ann Anderson and Julie Marrero.
When: Tuesdays & Fridays | 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
