Halloween Haunted History: Union Canal at Swatara State Park
October 31st @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Swatara State Park is home to an abundance of human history. From being a town settlement, to a trade route, to a natural resource collection area, there has been a lot of human activity in the past 250 years. Join us as we learn the history of the Pine Grove Branch of the Union Canal from the spirit of an individual who lived and operated within the canal system. During this Halloween time when the veil is thin, we can hear a first-hand account of the development, use, and eventual demise of this Branch of the Union Canal.
Location: Waterville Bridge Parking Lot (40.480822, -76.531559)
