Fossil Frenzy

Unlock your inner paleontologist in this opportunity to find fossils at the Swatara State Park Fossil Site! Learn about the geological history of Pennsylvania, how to find the fossils, and how to properly ID them. The park will provide chipping hammers, trowels, ID guides, and visual aids. You are welcome to take home some fossils you find, so bring a container with you!
It is advised to bring sunscreen, bug spray, drinking water, and shoes with good tread.
