Cleona Celebrates 250 Community Picnic

Cleona Celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary Picnic Join us on Saturday, June 20, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cleona Park Pavilion as we celebrate 250 years of American independence with a fun, community-focused afternoon for all ages.
This family-friendly event is designed to bring neighbors together and celebrate our history in a meaningful and engaging way. The afternoon will open with the Star-Spangled Banner, followed by a reading of the Declaration of Independence.
Throughout the event, there will be a rubber duck race, old-fashioned games like cornhole and field activities, mini golf open play, organized games such as kickball or dodgeball, and a children’s craft station where kids can help create a community handprint banner. We are also working on patriotic live music and special community displays.
Classic picnic food will be available for purchase using a simple ticket system, and additional specialty vendors may be on site.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help run activities, musicians interested in assisting with the Star-Spangled Banner, and local businesses that would like to sponsor or participate in the event. If you would like to get involved, please message us or visit **CleonaCelebrates.com.**
Wear your red, white, and blue, invite your neighbors, and come celebrate 250 years of freedom right here in Cleona. Let’s make it a great day for the entire community!
